Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At MobileAccessoryHub.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

⚠️ Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products.

  • Health and personal care accessories (e.g., ear hygiene items)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

  • Sale and discounted items cannot be refunded — only regular-priced items qualify.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or faulty. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at info@mobileaccessoryhub.com and ship your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to our Returns Department at the address above.

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned products.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.
